All Play Network members must comply with the Play Network`s terms and conditions.

Hiring of Resources and Equipment

All resources and equipment on loan must be returned in the condition they were in prior to their hiring.

Hirers must currently be in membership.

Booking Times for Resources and Equipment

All orders can be telephoned or emailed.

Bookings are subject to availability and Play Network staff discretion.

Costs

Celebration/Theme Boxes - A small charge is made for these boxes.

Messy Play - Donations to cover cost of materials.

Care of Resources and Equipment Whilst on Loan

All Play Network members shall be liable for any damage done to the resources and equipment whilst on loan.

It is the hirer`s responsibility to ensure that loan equipment is stored securely and not left unattended.

In the event of any items being stolen, lost or damaged beyond repair, it must be replaced by the hirer.

Any loss due to theft must be reported to the police by the hirer.

The Music Maze and Underwater Sea Adventure must only be assembled and dissembled by the Network

coordinators. The Music Maze and Underwater Sea Adventure are large heavy and bulky items and need to be handled correctly.

The Music Maze and Underwater Sea Adventure must be supervised at all times.
